We do our best to ensure you have every available opportunity to choose a convenient date and time for your courses. but we know how fast things can change. Our refund policy extends to a total of 15 days for a full refund. Beyond 15 days, you will receive a registration credit for any of our offered courses on any date of your choosing. You are responsible for the difference of any courses whose value is higher than that of your credited amount.
Once services are rendered, you’ve completed your training and certificates are issued, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.
You can exchange SST Cards and wallet sized certificates of completion within week of issue in case of misprints, errors in coding or low quality prints that affect longevity of the card through expiration.
To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once we receive your refund request and your proof of purchase, we will notify you to your preferred method of communication. You will be refunded to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items qualify for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace SST Cards and wallet sized certificate of completions if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Currently Quantum Safety Consulting Corp does not issue gift certificates. In the event that you are gifted a Quantum Safety gift voucher, please contact us immediately as these are not valid and represent fraud.
We do not accept any cards and wallet sized certificates of completion through the mail. If you wish to have your card replaced, please reach out to us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Once we receive your request and approve your exchange, we will coordinate with you.
